It's "a bit of a walk to the famous Beale Street" but that's no reason to sing the blues over this hotel, since the trolley that takes you there "stops right in front"; business travelers tout its "connection to the convention center", and all appreciate "attractive" rooms, a "courteous and accommodating" staff and the pleasant "sitting areas" in the lobby with "glass elevators providing an excellent view of Downtown Memphis"; the only regret: "extra fees for parking, Internet and such."

The location was great.

Hard to find front entrance, charged for internet and parking.

Great hotel, great location. I'm not a big fan of paying $13 per day for parking and another $13 per day for internet. Could of stayed somewhere else for the same price and with a lot more free options. The drinks at the bar were overpriced as well. The room was great. Nice and clean. Cleanliness and view of the city were amazing!

There was a $12.00 per day fee for parking.

This hotel was amazing. I could never afford luxury like this if it were not for Priceline.com's deal that was brokered.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and we appreciated the convenience of the trolley line stopping right at our hotel. The only issue was parking was very expensive.
